The following students achieved the Dean's List at Belmont University for the Spring 2015 semester. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.

Members of the Ithaca College Leadership Scholars Program presented senior capstones to demonstrate who they have become as leaders and scholars during their undergraduate experience.

Lambda Epsilon Sigma is Stonehill's Honor Society. The purpose of the society is to recognize and promote scholarship. Juniors and seniors who have attained a 3.5 cumulative grade point average are invited to apply for consideration. Acceptance into the society is based on evidence of academic achievement, of a pursuit of learning that extends beyond the classroom environment and of an ability to communicate effectively through writing.

A total of 48 Stonehill College students will work with 25 faculty members on a variety of research projects during the summer of 2015. This will mark the 20th year of the Stonehill Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program, whose purpose is to provide students with an opportunity to perform significant, publishable research under the guidance of an experienced faculty researcher.

The Dean's Award for academic excellence is awarded to students with a 3.30 or higher term average while enrolled in 3.75 or more course hours.

In honor of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College has named more than 600 students to the Dean's List for the Fall 2014 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

The following local residents have been named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the Fall 2014 semester. The requirement to make the Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Hofstra University congratulates the students named to the Fall 2014 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

A talented cast and crew from Baldwin Wallace University performed the iconic musical "A Chorus Line," this fall. Directed by Victoria Bussert and choreographed by Gregory Daniels, the Music Theatre program along with the Department of Theatre and Dance created a musical theatre sensation that left packed audiences in awe.

This semester, a total of 144 Stonehill students are studying abroad during the Spring 2015 semester in locations throughout the world. Recently named one of the top study abroad institutions in the nation by the Institute of International Education, Stonehill has more than 200 study abroad programs in 35 countries which students can choose from.

A student who earns a grade point average of 3.6 or higher is awarded Dean's High Honors.
